Ladder Groups
What is a Ladder Group?
As women, we often climb the proverbial “corporate ladder” and find that it is indeed lonely at the top. Or maybe we are still climbing that ladder and finding that there is little to no help in reaching each rung. This is why the Boss Lady Leadership Community started the Ladder Groups.
A Ladder Group is a small community of like-minded career women who come together monthly to help each other identify and achieve their professional and personal goals by providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and accountability.
Members of the Ladder Groups are committed to helping each other succeed. Through regular meetings, members provide support, encouragement, and feedback to one another, sharing their experiences, challenges, and successes.
In addition, the Ladder Group provides a safe and confidential space for members to discuss sensitive issues related to their careers, such as gender bias, discrimination, and work-life balance. Through this community, members can build strong relationships, expand their professional networks, and gain the confidence and skills they need to advance in their careers.
